Early Life and High School Career

Allar grew up in Medina, Ohio, where he attended Medina High School. He became the starting quarterback as a sophomore, passing for 1,802 yards and 23 touchdowns. His junior year saw him throw for 2,962 yards and 26 touchdowns. As a senior, Allar completed 305 of 509 passes (59.9%) for 4,444 yards and 48 touchdowns, also rushing for 406 yards and nine touchdowns. College Career

Allar enrolled early at Penn State in January 2022. He started as a backup but saw action in nine games during his freshman season, throwing for 344 yards and four touchdowns while rushing for 52 yards and one touchdown.
